Join me in one of these great programs to move your body from the convenience of your home, vacation, outside, or wherever you want to move. These programs have been designed with YOU in mind the whole way. My goal for each client is to feel comfortable moving their body and not feeling confined to move one certain way. All BODIES are different and so that’s why I want you to know it’s ok to modify, take it up a notch or take it down a notch. I show you different ways to move and by doing so YOU get to create your very own workout. Thank you for being here.

Program No. 3

4 Week Program – Starts January 4th, 2021

3 – 30 minute workouts, 1 – 30 minute cardio workout, other scheduled movement, track progress, commit to eating well & hydrating, and weekly challenges to get healthier and stronger together. Compete against other members.

Monthly Workout Plan

Follow along and workout with me. New workout videos will be given each week. Recurring payment each month. 1 – 30 minute workouts and 2 – 1 hour workouts. Circuit style workouts with minimal equipment. A mat and a set of dumbbells are pluses but not necessary.

Private Training

Work one on one with Alyson to build a healthy life. Customized for you. Private training will include written workouts with demonstration of each exercise. You will also receive motivation and accountability through the app from Alyson. She will push and motivate you each week. I will also have challenges to do that pertain to goals that you have. Alyson will build a workout based on your needs, goals, and equipment availability. See options below to sign up.
