Join me in one of these great programs to move your body from the convenience of your home, vacation, outside, or wherever you want to move. These programs have been designed with YOU in mind the whole way. My goal for each client is to feel comfortable moving their body and not feeling confined to move one certain way. All BODIES are different and so that’s why I want you to know it’s ok to modify, take it up a notch or take it down a notch. I show you different ways to move and by doing so YOU get to create your very own workout. Thank you for being here.

Getting Fit Before The Holidays

4 Week Program – Starts October 26, 2020

3 – 30 minute workouts, other scheduled movement, track progress, commit to eating well & hydrating, and weekly challenge to get healthier and stronger together.

Monthly Workout Plan

Follow along and workout with me. New workout videos will be given each week. Recurring payment each month. 2 – 30 minute workouts and 2 – 1 hour workouts. Circuit style workouts with minimal equipment. A mat and a set of dumbbells are pluses but not necessary.
