I am Alyson Poling and the creator of Alyson Poling Fitness.  I am a certified Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach through ISSA.  I am also a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist through NASM, a Nutritious Life Nutrition Coach, Board Certified by the AADP, and a Holistic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

I am located in the Nashville, TN area.  I specialize in circuit training with an emphasis on cardio and strength.   I train clients at my home in my garage/driveway, travel to clients homes within a 20 mile radius, I use online platforms to teach virtually, and also have online videos to meet every clients needs.  Private clients can work one on one to create the style of workout they are looking for.  All in-person group classes are maxed at 6 clients in order to keep a high quality workout environment to ensure everyone gets the best out of their workout.

I enjoy helping my clients on their health and fitness journey and the bond that I create with each and every one of them.  We get one body and I love watching people transform their life and body to be strong and healthy.  Taking the first step is always scary but committing time for you is the best thing you could ever do for yourself and the loved ones around you…so what are you waiting on?  Let’s get healthier together!
