About the Programs

These programs have been designed with you in mind the entire way. My goal for each client is to feel confident, happy, and comfortable in their body so they can quiet the inner noise, focus on the joys of life and spread their light into the world!

 
  • Feel more comfortable working out alone? No problem! These private in person or FaceTime sessions are one-on-one and tailored exactly to what you are looking for. You can choose from a 30-minute session or a 1-hour session depending on the time you have to commit to each session!

  • For those who like working out in a group setting and enjoy the accountability of workout partners, these training sessions will be exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you want to move your body in person or on FaceTime, I can accommodate you. These sessions will be a minimum of three people and are a great way to move together!
